In last wage revision we had not taken 10 years aggrement from 1 1 2007, in which 30% MGB + 46% can taken, But 5 years agreement upto 31 12 2011 in which our gross emoluments is very than 10 years. Again if we are taking in this wage revision fringe benefits not in terms of 46% perks, we will be double looser. Excercise upto 31 12 2016 then only one understand the difference in our pay. NJCS member kindly work out then go for MGB+perks.

Meeting will held for time pass with tea & snacks, Neither SAIL Management nor The Unions think about us who are actually run all the unit of SAIL. Management have money for paying PRP to executive but no money for pay revision for non executive. This happens only in India. Thank to management & unions.

IN THE SUB COMMITTEE MEETING ON CONTRACTOR WORKERS, FOLLOWING PROPOSAL WAS GIVEN BY MANAGEMENT AFTER 7 HRS. DISCUSSION. MANAGEMENT WILL SPEND RS.20 CRORE MAXIMUM WAGE INCREASE.

DSP-RS.386.00 PER MONTH, ISP-RS.535.75 PER MONTH,

RMD-RS.480.50 PER MONTH, BSL-RS.559.00 PER MONTH,

RSP-RS.559.00 PER MONTH, BSP-RS.535.75 PER MONTH,

MANAGEMENT REFUSING COAL PATTERN INCREASSE AND VDA INCREASE.

why you are not post the report of 31/7/13 perks meeting, are you as INTUC agreed to managements proposal. Management says company is already provide 72% to 125% of perk to workers. INTUC as a central trade union & member of NJCS are not agreed the proposal of management, say what is your stand on PERKS. I hope INTUC was follow to COAL INDIA perks. Because 4% perk for coal is Mr S. readdys stand, he says at that time "agar coal me perks % me dunga to SAIL ko bhi dena padega" age sooch aap lagale kaya honewala hai..................................!
